San Pro ("the App") is developed and maintained by Eytoss, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the App.
The San Pro app does not collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by you (such as your email address during sign-in).
We may collect anonymized usage data to help improve app performance and user experience.
We do not store or retain any photos uploaded through the App. Images are processed in real-time via secure, ephemeral sessions strictly for analysis purposes. They are never stored, logged, or associated with your identity.
Our app accepts any type of photo, and we expect that most uploaded photos will not contain faces.
In the small portion of cases where a photo may include a face:
The app does not collect biometric data, facial recognition templates, or identifiable facial features. Any processing is limited to non-identifiable attributes (for example, whether the person appears to be smiling or crying).
We do not store photos or any related data in the first place, and therefore do not sell or share them with third parties. Any other personal data is not sold or shared. Data used for analytics is aggregated and anonymized.
The App may use Apple services such as Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchase APIs. Their data policies apply when you use those features.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings tab in the App. All information associated with your account will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, technical, or business developments. Whenever we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
